FLEXAquick® RQH
Light Duty Conduit Clips for Secure Corrugated Conduit Mounting
FLEXAquick® RQH conduit clips are light-duty mounting clips designed to secure and route corrugated plastic conduit on machinery, control panels, equipment frames, and other industrial installations. Their compact, low-profile design provides dependable conduit retention while allowing quick access for installation, removal, and service.
Corrugated conduit snaps directly into the clip for fast installation. A molded internal rib engages a conduit corrugation to help lock the conduit in position and provide axial / longitudinal strain relief along the conduit run.
RQH clips can be used independently or combined with FLEXAquick® RQHD snap-on caps when additional conduit retention is required. Side slots also allow a cable tie to be used as a quick or temporary retention option, while the purpose-designed RQHD cap provides the cleaner finished solution for permanent installations.
All of the products from this family have the following specifications:
- Material: Polyamide (PA)
- Flammability Rating: V2 [UL94]
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +120°C
- Available Colours: Black and grey

How to Choose FLEXAquick® RQH Conduit Clips
Choose the RQH clip that matches the outside diameter (OD) of the corrugated conduit being mounted.
Key selection factors include:
- Conduit OD: Match the clip size to the outside diameter of the conduit.
- Retention requirement: Use the RQH clip alone for standard light-duty routing, or add an RQHD snap-on cap where greater retention is required.
- Installation environment: Consider vibration, movement, accessibility, and the level of mechanical support required.
- Mounting space: The compact RQH profile is useful where available installation space is limited.
- Service access: The snap-in design allows conduit to be removed more easily than with fully enclosed or heavy-duty clamp systems.
- Finished appearance: For permanent installations requiring additional retention, the matching RQHD cap provides a cleaner and more purpose-designed solution than a cable tie.
- Higher-load applications: For installations requiring greater structural retention, consider FLEXAquick® RQS medium-duty clips, P-Clamps / wraparound clamps, or heavy-duty conduit clamps.
Frequently Asked Questions About FLEXAquick® RQH Conduit Clips
How do I choose the correct FLEXAquick® RQH clip size?
Select the RQH clip according to the outside diameter (OD) of the corrugated conduit. The clip must match the conduit OD so the conduit seats correctly and the internal rib can engage the conduit corrugation as intended.
What type of conduit is FLEXAquick® RQH designed for?
RQH clips are designed for mounting corrugated plastic conduit. They are especially well suited to ROHRflex® flexible corrugated conduits and may also be suitable for other corrugated conduits with the correct outside diameter and compatible corrugation profile.
How does the RQH clip provide conduit strain relief?
A molded rib inside the RQH clip engages one of the grooves in the corrugated conduit. This mechanical engagement helps prevent the conduit from sliding longitudinally through the clip and provides axial strain relief against stretching or movement along the conduit run.
When should I use an RQHD clip cap with an RQH clip?
Use an RQHD snap-on cap when the installation requires greater conduit retention than the RQH clip alone provides. The cap encloses the conduit more securely while maintaining the compact RQH mounting arrangement and provides a cleaner finished appearance.
Can I use a cable tie instead of an RQHD clip cap?
Yes. Slots on both sides of the RQH clip allow a cable tie to be used for supplemental retention. This can be useful as a quick or temporary solution when an RQHD cap is unavailable. For permanent installations requiring additional retention, the purpose-designed RQHD clip cap is generally the preferred solution.
When should I choose a heavier-duty mounting solution instead of RQH?
Choose a heavier-duty clip or clamp when the conduit installation is exposed to higher vibration, greater mechanical loads, larger conduit sizes, or conditions requiring stronger structural retention. Depending on the application, FLEXAquick® RQS clips, P-Clamps / wraparound clamps, or heavy-duty conduit clamps may be more appropriate.
