Shipping Policy
The shipping cost on any order will be determined at the time of shipment. All shipments are F.O.B shipping point. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 99% of in stock orders will ship the same day if the order is received before 9:00am EST (for specified carriers). The shipping method is the customer’s choice (unless dimensions limit customers choice). Any dispute in shipping charges billed to a customer’s account or consignee billing will be charged to the customer by IBIS Electro-Products Corp.
We ship to all points across North America and throughout the world. We have partnered with UPS to offer the best shipping options for your order. We also offer collect shipping if you prefer to use your own courier account.
On shipments outside of North America the receiver will be fully responsible for any tax, duty, or fees associated with the shipment.
IBIS Electro-Products Corporation shall not be liable for delays or lost shipments.
Shipping Notes:
- All items are stocked and shipped from IBIS Electro-Products Corp. in Cambridge, Ontario
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which holidays are observed.
- All orders paid utilizing a credit card. If a customer requests partial shipment additional shipping cost may be incurred by customer.
- Adding unnecessary messages in the special instructions field may delay the processing of your order.
