Shipping Policy

The shipping cost on any order will be determined at the time of shipment. All shipments are F.O.B shipping point. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 99% of in stock orders will ship the same day if the order is received before 9:00am EST (for specified carriers). The shipping method is the customer’s choice (unless dimensions limit customers choice). Any dispute in shipping charges billed to a customer’s account or consignee billing will be charged to the customer by IBIS Electro-Products Corp.

We ship to all points across North America and throughout the world. We have partnered with UPS to offer the best shipping options for your order. 

On shipments outside of North America the receiver will be fully responsible for any tax, duty, or fees associated with the shipment.

International Orders

All International orders (orders outside of Canada) are considered final; no returns or refunds are available. Please make sure that the parts you order are the correct ones.

United States: Tariffs, duties, and other fees

Due to changes with the customs rates, we will now be collecting tariffs at checkout. This is not a markup – all collected tariffs go directly to U.S. Customs. All of our products are currently subject to a 15% tariff rate. You will see this at the checkout. 

There is a minimum order amount of 75 Dollars/Euros/Swiss Francs to process the shipment.
