5524.021.200 / 15524021200 RQPRO 21.2 mm OD anti-abrasion ring for corrugated conduit wear protection

The FLEXAquick® RQPRO 15524021200 (Old Part Number 5524.021.200) is a 21.2 mm OD heavy-duty nylon plastic anti-abrasion ring made for use with corrugated plastic conduits like ROHRflex.

The RQPRO abrasion ring prevents conduit damage and abrasion wear by limiting conduit contact with other conduits or equipment having continuous movement such as in active robot installations. It improves conduit performance while extending the life of the conduit installation.

The two-piece abrasion ring wraps around the conduit, and locks into the corrugation grooves of the conduit fixing it in place. Installs easily using two stainless-steel screws and self-locking nuts (included).

Use the RQPRO ring with all fine or coarse corrugation plastic conduits of matching outside diameter (OD). Explore over 20 varieties of ROHRflex® corrugated nylon PA6, PA12 and multi-layer conduits.
