L-Profile Reference Beams

The Dietz 110 mm TCP Tool Center Point sensor is a compact device designed for calibrating the reference point of a robot tip or tool. The sensor assembly incorporates a pair of exceptionally precise 110 mm laser beams mounted 90 degrees perpendicular to each other, an L-shape. Response time is fast at 0.4 milliseconds ensuring fast and accurate calibration for x, y and z axes of the robot tip and tooling. The 110 mm TCP is available in two hook-up versions, M12 and a 4-pin Harting style industrial connector.
