AIRflex® Spiral Non-Corrugated Conduit

Spiral Plastic Conduits for Flexible Cable Protection

AIRflex spiral non-corrugated conduit is used for cable protection where flexibility, compressibility, liquid-tight performance, or smooth conduit surfaces are important. Selected AIRflex families also support easier cable pull-in and easier exterior cleaning.

AIRflex® conduits and AIRflex® fittings are proven FLEXA product lines, and IBIS Electro-Products Corp. is a key North American source for AIRflex conduit and fitting solutions.

AIRflex conduit families are selected by construction type, sheath material, surface profile, and required protection level.

How to Choose the Right AIRflex Spiral Conduit

Selection depends on construction type, sheath material, surface profile, and whether additional protection is required.

  • Choose KUW when you need a spring steel wire helix with plastic sheathing.
  • Choose K when a full-plastic conduit with a smooth inner surface is sufficient.
  • Choose GRS when smooth inner and outer surfaces are important.
  • Choose PU when higher abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and durability are needed.
  • Choose steel-braided versions when added protection against friction or hot chips is needed.
  • Choose GRS-FOOD for food equipment applications where smooth surfaces and food-safe material selection are important.
