Large-Diameter Corrugated Plastic Conduit for Cable Bunching and Multi-Cable Protection

Large-diameter corrugated conduit is used where multiple cables, larger wire bundles, or grouped cable runs need to be routed and protected within one conduit system. ROHRflex® Multi conduits from IBIS Electro-Products provide organized cable bunching, mechanical protection, and flexible routing for machinery, plant construction, automation systems, robotic equipment, and other installations where higher conduit capacity is required.

ROHRflex® Multi large-diameter conduit systems are available in PA12 and PA6 versions to support different flexibility, routing, and application needs. PA12 is typically selected where higher flexibility and dynamic cable routing are required, while PA6 is commonly used for general large-diameter cable trunking and industrial cable protection.

ROHRflex® Multi conduits use dedicated Multi-GFP and Multi-WFP flange-mount fittings for secure panel and housing entry. These systems are designed for large-capacity conduit routing and are not interchangeable with standard FLEXAquick® conduit fittings.

Choose the Right Large-Diameter Conduit

Select ROHRflex Multi PA12 where greater flexibility, tighter routing paths, robotics, active machinery, or dynamic cable movement are part of the application.

Select ROHRflex Multi PA6 where the main requirement is organized large-diameter cable bunching, industrial cable trunking, or general machinery and plant construction routing.

Multi Flange Mount Fittings for Large-Diameter Conduits

ROHRflex®-Multi large diameter conduits are supported by dedicated flange mount fittings for secure panel and housing entry in large-capacity cable routing systems. These fittings are specifically designed for ROHRflex®-Multi conduits and are not interchangeable with standard FLEXAquick® conduit systems.

  • Multi-GFP — straight flange mount fitting for large diameter conduits
  • Multi-WFP — elbow flange mount fitting for large diameter conduits
  • Optional Multi-FRM sealing rings — available to upgrade ingress protection from IP54 to IP65 or IP68

These fittings support large-scale cable trunking, cabinet entry, machine interconnections, and other high-capacity routing applications.

How to Choose the Right Large-Diameter Conduit

When selecting a ROHRflex® Multi conduit family, compare the cable bundle size, required flexibility, routing path, installation environment, and fitting requirements.

Cable capacity — choose a conduit size that allows the cable bundle to route cleanly without excessive compression or strain.

Flexibility requirement — use Multi PA12 where higher flexibility, movement, or active machinery routing is required.

General trunking requirement — use Multi PA6 for organized large-diameter cable routing in machinery, plant construction, and industrial installations.

Panel or housing entry — verify whether a straight Multi-GFP fitting or 90° Multi-WFP fitting is needed.

Ingress protection — select optional sealing rings when the installation requires upgraded sealing from IP54 to IP65 or IP68.
