FLEXAquick® RQGR Conduit Size Adapter Fitting
Plastic body • IP68 / IP69K • Halogen-free (HL3)
View ProductsFLEXAquick® union fittings provide secure conduit-to-conduit connections for extending, transitioning, or repairing flexible corrugated conduit runs. These fittings allow two conduit sections to be joined inline while maintaining mechanical retention and environmental protection.
Multiple union configurations are available to support standard couplings, conduit size transitions, and maintenance repairs.
The RQK-PA rigid PA6 version incorporates the proven FLEXAquick® quick-connect locking mechanism for fast, secure conduit attachment and controlled removal without tools.
The RQK TPE rubber version provides a flexible, self-locking conduit coupling designed for economical installations where frequent reconfiguration is not required.
Specialized variants include the RQGR reducer union, which transitions between conduit diameters, and the RQK-GW-PA repair union, designed for maintenance and damaged conduit restoration.
FLEXAquick® quick-connect fittings and ROHRflex® flexible corrugated conduits are flagship product lines from IBIS Electro-Products Corp, specializing in high-performance electrical conduit systems.
Select FLEXAquick® union models feature integrated quick-connect locking clips that eliminate ferrules, compression rings, and installation hand tools. Simply push to connect and squeeze to release for fast and controlled conduit attachment.

View ProductsThe RQK-PA version incorporates FLEXAquick® quick-connect conduit locking clips on both ends. This design enables rapid conduit installation and removal without ferrules, compression rings, or installation hand tools.. It provides secure retention, controlled release capability, and higher ingress protection performance.
This version is well suited for installations requiring repeatability, service access, and higher environmental sealing.
The RQK TPE rubber version uses internal gripping ribs that secure conduit corrugations during insertion. This flexible coupling provides secure retention for general industrial conduit extension where conduit removal is infrequent.
While reusable, removal may require greater effort compared to the controlled release mechanism of the RQK-PA model.
The RQGR conduit size adapter allows a smaller diameter conduit to be used with a fitting designed for a larger conduit diameter.
For example, if a straight fitting requires a 34.5 mm OD conduit but only a 10 mm OD conduit is available in the installation area, the RQGR adapter enables the connection without replacing the entire conduit run.
One side of the adapter simulates the larger conduit diameter required by the fitting, while the opposite side provides a FLEXAquick® quick-connect interface for the smaller ROHRflex® flexible conduit.
This allows existing conduit runs to connect to larger fittings without rerouting larger conduit.
The RQK-GW-PA repair union is designed for maintenance and damaged conduit restoration. Available for larger conduit sizes (42.5 mm and 54.5 mm OD), this fitting allows repair of cracked or externally damaged conduit sections without removing internal wires.
The repair union wraps around the damaged conduit area, restoring mechanical integrity and reducing downtime compared to complete conduit replacement.
FLEXAquick® union fittings are used to extend conduit runs, transition between conduit sizes, and repair damaged conduit sections while maintaining organized cable routing and secure retention.

A union fitting connects two sections of flexible corrugated conduit inline, allowing conduit runs to be extended, transitioned, or repaired while maintaining secure retention.
The RQK-PA rigid PA6 version incorporates FLEXAquick® quick-connect locking clips for tool-free conduit installation and controlled removal. It offers higher ingress protection ratings and is suited for installations requiring serviceability and environmental sealing.
The RQK TPE rubber version uses internal gripping ribs to secure conduit during insertion and is typically selected for cost-effective conduit extension where frequent reconfiguration is not expected.
The RQGR reducer union transitions from a larger conduit diameter to a smaller conduit diameter within a conduit run. It allows installers to adapt an existing conduit size to meet device termination requirements without replacing the entire conduit system.
The RQK-GW-PA repair union is designed to restore mechanical integrity to damaged conduit sections. It allows repair of cracked conduit without removing internal wiring, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.
Yes. Both RQK-PA and RQK versions are reusable. The RQK-PA model allows controlled conduit removal by compressing the FLEXAquick® release ring. The RQK rubber version also permits removal; however, greater effort may be required due to the internal gripping rib design.
Ingress protection performance varies by fitting design.
The RQK-PA FLEXAquick® version is available with IP68 and IP69K ratings when installed in accordance with individual product specifications.
The RQK TPE rubber version provides IP66 protection and is suited for general industrial environments where high-pressure wash-down or submersion protection is not required.
Yes. FLEXAquick® union fittings are designed to integrate with ROHRflex® flexible corrugated conduits of the corresponding outside diameter (OD). Compatibility with other corrugated plastic conduits of the same OD should be verified prior to installation.
