FLEXAquick® Multi Flange Mount Conduit Fittings

FLEXAquick® Multi flange mount fittings provide secure panel and housing entry for large-diameter ROHRflex®-Multi flexible corrugated conduits. Designed for conduit sizes ranging from 56 mm to 106 mm outside diameter, these fittings are used in heavy-duty cable trunking and large-scale wire routing applications.

Available in both straight (GFP) and angled (WFP) configurations, these fittings mount flush to control panels, machine housings, and structural enclosures using an integrated flange plate and bolt pattern.

FLEXAquick® Multi flange mount fittings are specifically designed for use with ROHRflex®-Multi conduits and are not interchangeable with standard FLEXAquick® conduit systems.

Large Diameter Panel Entry & Trunking Solutions

Unlike standard threaded conduit fittings, Multi flange mount fittings do not use threaded engagement. Instead, the integrated flange plate secures directly to the mounting surface using bolts or fasteners, providing stable mechanical attachment for large-diameter conduit systems.

Conduit installation is performed by pushing the fitting onto the end of the ROHRflex®-Multi conduit, where the internal locking mechanism engages the corrugations. For dismounting, the locking mechanism can be released using a small flat screwdriver.

This design provides secure retention while allowing controlled service removal when required.

Ingress Protection & Sealing Options

FLEXAquick® Multi flange mount fittings provide IP54 protection as standard.

Sealing performance can be upgraded using optional sealing rings:

  • Multi-FRM sealing ring — upgrades to IP65

  • Multi-FRM68 sealing ring — upgrades to IP68

Ingress protection ratings apply when installed in accordance with product specifications.
