FLEXAquick® RQA
Protective sleeve that prevents abrasion damage to cables exiting corrugated conduit
View ProductsCorrugated conduit end caps and protective sleeves are used to protect cables, wires, and pneumatic lines as they exit flexible corrugated conduits. These accessories help prevent abrasion damage at the conduit edge while maintaining clean and reliable cable routing in industrial automation, machinery, and equipment installations.
FLEXAquick® protective sleeves and transition end caps provide two different approaches to conduit exit protection depending on installation requirements. Protective sleeves shield cables exiting freely from conduit ends, while transition end caps provide additional sealing, debris protection, and basic strain relief around the exiting cable bundle.
These accessories are commonly used with ROHRflex® flexible corrugated conduits and are compatible with most corrugated conduits of the same outside diameter.
FLEXAquick® quick-connect fittings and ROHRflex® flexible corrugated conduits are flagship product lines from IBIS Electro-Products Corp., specializing in high-performance electrical conduit systems for industrial automation, AI infrastructure, wind turbine nacelle wiring, and public transit vehicle applications.

View Products| Product Type | Purpose | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Protective Sleeves (RQA) | Protect wires exiting conduit from abrasion against the conduit edge | Multiple cables exiting conduit in different directions |
| Transition End Caps (RQE) | Seal conduit ends while allowing controlled cable exit | Dust protection, light splash resistance, and strain relief |
Protective sleeves are installed over the cut end of a corrugated conduit to protect cables, wires, or pneumatic lines from friction against the conduit edge. This is especially useful when multiple cables exit the conduit and may move in different directions.
Transition end caps snap onto the end of the conduit using internal gripping ridges that lock the cap in place. The flexible stepped tip can be trimmed to match the cable bundle size. Once installed, the cap grips the exiting wires, helping reduce dust and debris entry while providing simple strain relief for the cable bundle.

Protective sleeves are used when cables exit the conduit freely in multiple directions and require protection from abrasion against the conduit edge.
If the tip is not cut, the RQE end cap provides a liquid-tight seal. Once trimmed for cable exit, the cap still helps reduce dust and debris entry while providing basic strain relief.
Yes. FLEXAquick® RQA sleeves and RQE end caps are commonly used with ROHRflex® corrugated conduits and other corrugated conduits with matching outside diameters.
When trimmed correctly, flexible end caps grip the exiting cable bundle and can provide basic strain relief while helping reduce dust and debris entry.
Our technical team can help you select the correct conduit sleeve or end cap for your conduit size and installation requirements.
