OGUTI-005/50-G3K-TSSL di-soric Optical Label & Splice Sensor, 5 mm Fork Gap, 50 mm Fork Depth, Push-Pull, Auto-Teach

The di-soric OGUTI-005/50-G3K-TSSL is an optical fork sensor for reliable label, gap and splice detection. The label web passes through the 5 mm fork opening, where the sensor detects changes in the optical signal between the backing material and the label or splice. The 50 mm fork depth provides additional clearance for wider or deeper web-guiding set-ups.

A 3000 Hz switching frequency supports high-speed labelling and dispensing applications, while Auto-Teach allows the sensor to be set quickly for the material being detected. The Push-Pull switching output can be configured as NO or NC, and the IP67 zinc die-cast housing provides protection for industrial machine installations.
