OGUTI-005/100-FP3K-TSSL di-soric Optical Label & Splice Sensor, 5 mm Fork Gap, 100 mm Fork Depth, PNP, Remote Teach

The di-soric OGUTI-005/100-FP3K-TSSL is an optical fork sensor for reliable label, gap and splice detection. The label web passes through the 5 mm fork opening, where the sensor detects changes in the infrared light signal between the backing material and the label or splice. The 100 mm fork depth provides a deeper sensing position for applications where the label web must be guided farther into the sensor.

A 3000 Hz switching frequency supports high-speed labelling and dispensing applications. Remote Teach allows the sensor to be adjusted externally, while the key-lock function helps prevent unintended changes. The PNP switching output can be configured as NO or NC, and the IP67 die-cast zinc housing provides protection for industrial machine installations.
