The Microsonic dbk+4/WK/3BEE/M18-E+S is an Ultrasonic Double Sheet Detector Sensor, 90° angled M18 head, 20 – 60 mm working range, 2 x NPN NO/NC outputs for independent double sheet and missing sheet signals.

- Detection of: papers with weights of 20 – 2,000 g/m2 metal-laminated sheets & films up to 0.4 mm thick, self-adhesive films, sheet metals up to 0.3 mm thick, fine corrugated card, wafers
- 90° angled M18 transducer receiver head, useful in tight or difficult sensor mounting situations
- Sensor spacing range: 20 – 60 mm, optimal is 40 mm +/- 2 mm
- Digital output 1: 1 x NPN NO/NC for double sheet detection
- Digital output 2: 1 x NPN NO/NC for missing sheet detection
- Response time: 0.5 ms in trigger mode, 2.5 ms in free-run mode
- LinkControl for configuration from a PC
- Programming by 3 x Teach-in control inputs
- Operating voltage 20 – 30 VDC
- M18 nickel-plated brass housing with IP65 sealing
- Cable connection: Receiver has 2 metre PUR cable with pigtails, the transmitter has a 1.2 metre + 1.0 metre PUR cable with M8 initiator plug
