The Microsonic dbk+4/M18/3CDD/M18-E+S is an Ultrasonic Double Sheet Detector Sensor, M18 short body heads for cramped installations, 20 – 60 mm range, 2 x PNP NO/NC outputs for independent double sheet and missing sheet signals.

Key Features:

• Detection of: papers with weights of 20 – 2,000 g/m²  metal-laminated sheets & films up to 0.4 mm thick, self-adhesive films, sheet metals up to 0.3 mm thick, fine corrugated card, wafers
• Sensor spacing range: 20 – 60 mm, optimal is 40 mm +/- 3 mm
• Digital output 1: 1 x PNP NO/NC for double sheet detection
• Digital output 2: 1 x PNP NO/NC for missing sheet detection
• Response time: 0.5 ms in trigger mode, 2.5 ms in free-run mode
• LinkControl for configuration from a PC
• Programming by 3 x Teach-in control inputs
