The dbk+5/Empf/3CDD/M18 is the receiver component for compatible Microsonic dbk+5 ultrasonic double-sheet detection systems. It is intended for replacement or maintenance applications where the transmitter is already installed and only the receiver needs to be replaced.

The receiver operates with a 30–70 mm transmitter-to-receiver range, with an optimal spacing of 50 mm ±3 mm. It provides two PNP NO/NC switching outputs for independent double-sheet and missing-sheet signals. The dbk+5 system is designed for thicker and more demanding materials including plastic sheets, coarse corrugated cardboard, printed circuit boards and thin sheet metal.
