dbk+4/WK/3CFF/M18 E+S Microsonic Double Sheet Detector, 20–60 mm Range, 90° Angled M18 Receiver, 2 × Push-Pull Outputs, IO-Link

The dbk+4/WK/3CFF/M18 E+S is a Microsonic ultrasonic double-sheet detection system for reliable identification of single sheets, double sheets and missing sheets in automated sheet-fed and material-handling applications. The transmitter sends an ultrasonic signal through the material to the receiver, allowing the system to detect multiple layers without relying on colour, print or optical contrast.

This WK version uses a 90° angled M18 receiver head, making it useful where mounting space or cable routing makes a standard inline receiver less practical. It operates with a 20–60 mm transmitter-to-receiver spacing, with an optimal spacing of 40 mm ±3 mm, and provides two Push-Pull switching outputs for double-sheet and missing-sheet signals. IO-Link supports configuration, diagnostics and communication with compatible machine controls.

The dbk+4 family is well suited to paper and lighter sheet materials, including films, fine corrugated board, self-adhesive materials, wafers and similar sheet-fed products.
