dbk+4/Sender/M12/K1 Microsonic Double Sheet Detector Transmitter, M12 Housing, 20–40 mm Range

The dbk+4/Sender/M12/K1 is the transmitter component for compatible Microsonic dbk+4 ultrasonic double-sheet detection systems. It is intended for replacement or maintenance applications where the receiver is already installed and only the transmitter needs to be replaced.

This compact cylindrical M12 transmitter operates with a 20–40 mm transmitter-to-receiver spacing, with an optimal spacing of 20 mm ±2 mm. It sends the ultrasonic signal through the sheet material to the receiver, allowing the complete dbk+4 system to distinguish between single sheets, double sheets and missing sheets.

The smaller M12 housing provides a compact sensing-head option for installations where mounting space is limited. The transmitter should be matched with the correct compatible dbk+4 receiver and system configuration when selecting a replacement component.
