dbk+4/Sender/KU/K1 Microsonic Double Sheet Detector Transmitter, Cuboidal Housing, 40 mm Spacing

The dbk+4/Sender/KU/K1 is the transmitter component for compatible Microsonic dbk+4 ultrasonic double-sheet detection systems. It is intended for replacement or maintenance applications where the receiver is already installed and only the transmitter needs to be replaced.

This version uses a compact cuboidal housing rather than the standard cylindrical M18 sensing-head design. It operates with a transmitter-to-receiver spacing of 40 mm ±3 mm and sends the ultrasonic signal through the sheet material to the receiver, allowing the complete dbk+4 system to distinguish between single sheets, double sheets and missing sheets.

The special housing and long connection cable provide an alternative mounting arrangement for installations where a cylindrical sensing head is less suitable. The transmitter should be matched with the correct compatible dbk+4 receiver and system configuration.
