KGUTI50-1-G3-T4 di-soric Capacitive Label Sensor, 1 mm Fork Gap, 50 mm Fork Depth, Push-Pull, IO-Link, M8 4-pin

The di-soric KGUTI50-1-G3-T4 is a capacitive fork sensor for reliable detection of transparent and paper labels. The label web passes through the 1 mm fork opening, where the sensor detects changes in the electrical properties between the backing material and the label. This allows label presence and gap detection without relying on colour or optical contrast.

The wider 1 mm fork opening provides additional clearance for thicker label constructions while maintaining a compact 50 mm sensing depth. Standard, High Resolution and Speed operating modes allow performance to be matched to the application. A Push-Pull switching output can be configured as NO or NC, while IO-Link supports configuration, diagnostics and communication with compatible machine controls. The 4-pin connection also supports Remote Teach and allows the label-detected signal and IO-Link communication to be used in parallel.
