UGUTI-6/70-G6-B5 di-soric Ultrasonic Label & Splice Sensor, 6 mm Fork Gap, 70 mm Fork Depth, Dual Push-Pull, IO-Link
The di-soric UGUTI-6/70-G6-B5 is an ultrasonic fork sensor for reliable label, splice and web-break detection. The label web passes through the 6 mm fork opening, where the sensor detects changes in the ultrasonic signal as a label or splice moves through the sensing area. This allows transparent, reflective, metallised and differently coloured labels to be detected without relying on optical contrast.
The sensor has a 70 mm fork depth and two Push-Pull switching outputs for label/splice detection and web-break monitoring. IO-Link supports configuration, diagnostics and communication with compatible machine controls, while keypad adjustment allows settings to be made directly at the sensor. The M12 5-pin connection and IP67 housing make it suitable for industrial labelling and packaging equipment.
