IBIS Electro-Products Corp. supplies customers throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world. We strive to process and ship orders quickly and accurately while providing the highest level of customer service.

Order Processing

Orders may be placed online, by email, or by phone. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Most in-stock items ship the same day when orders are received before 9:00 AM EST. Orders received after this time will normally ship the next business day.

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability and lead times are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of $75 CAD, USD, EUR, or CHF applies to all orders.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed online do not include applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, shipping charges, or other fees unless specifically stated.

For shipments to the United States, applicable tariffs will be collected at checkout and remitted directly to U.S. Customs. Tariff rates are subject to change based on current regulations.

Payment Terms

Orders placed through our online store must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Established customers with approved credit terms may place orders in accordance with their account terms.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside Canad are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their application and meet local requirements.

Customers outside North America are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and any other import-related costs associated with their shipment.

Shipping

All products are stocked and shipped from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Customers may select their preferred carrier and shipping method where available. Certain shipment sizes or dimensions may limit carrier options.

IBIS Electro-Products Corp. has partnered with UPS and other major carriers to provide reliable shipping services throughout North America and internationally.

Additional Information

Requests for partial shipments may result in additional freight charges. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges billed to their carrier account or consignee account that are later disputed or rejected by the carrier.

To avoid processing delays, please provide complete and accurate shipping information and limit special instructions to those necessary for fulfilling the order.
