The Northstar Controls NP2-ES is a 10 to 30 volt DC single channel “plug-in” vehicle loop detector for gate operators and openers.
It’s a specifically designed plug-in detector for use with gate operators and openers like: Elite Access, Sentex, OSCO, Viking Access, All-O-Matic, Linear Pro, Platinum Access, and others.
Simply plugs directly into the gate operator using the built-in standard 10-pin Molex type 09-48-1104 connector.

The Northstar Controls NP2-ESL is a low power single channel vehicle loop detector that can operate on any voltage from 10 to 30 volts AC or DC.
At idle, with no vehicle on the loop, the NP2-ESL draws about 1 mA (milliamp) of current. The combination of low power consumption and micro-size make it a good choice for solar powered, and remote installations.
It’s easy to install using the plug-in style wiring terminal strip and programming is simple using the micro bit-switches on the front of the device.
